About Me

I was born in Gdańsk, Poland, and began playing the violin at the age of seven at the Feliks Nowowiejski Comprehensive Music School. At eleven, I started additional piano lessons, and by sixteen, I took up the viola, which became my primary instrument.

In 2017, I moved to London to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama as part of the Erasmus exchange, joining Matthew Jones’s viola class. I later completed my Master of Performance degree with Distinction there in 2020. That same year, I also earned a second Master’s degree from the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk, where I had previously completed my Bachelor’s degree under the guidance of Irena Albrecht and Krzysztof Komendarek-Tymendorf. In 2020-2021, I was selected as a Junior Fellow at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

From 2022 to 2023, I was one of 33 musicians worldwide chosen for the Southbank Sinfonia Fellowship (current Sinfonia Smith Square), where I received advanced orchestral training. As a freelance musician, I have performed with ensembles such as Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Piccadilly Sinfonietta, London Concertante, London Film Music Orchestra, London City Philharmonic, Jersey Chamber Orchestra, Bath Festival Orchestra (current Chromatica Orchestra) and Guildhall Session Orchestra. In autumn 2023, I was part of a 16-piece band for the musical Rebecca at the Charing Cross Theatre. I also perform with the Southbank Sinfonia Alumni Orchestra at high-profile events, including London Fashion Week, the International Children’s Peace Prize, and a month-long tour with ABC’s Lexicon of Love.

Beyond orchestral work, I am an active chamber musician, regularly performing with the Knox Ensemble, which I co-founded in 2020.

In addition to performing, I am a dedicated instrumental teacher. I completed a Teaching Methodology Course in Poland and participated in the Guildhall Young Artist – Graduate Assistant Programme in London in 2019-2020. Since 2020, I have been teaching at the DaCapo Music Foundation, where I lead individual lessons and ensembles. Teaching has always been an important part of my musical journey, and I take great pride in guiding and inspiring the next generation of musicians.
